Here is instruction on how to enter the serial Install it on this order: Rule The Rail Update 1.4 Expansions 1-11 AND JUST THEN YOU ENTER THE SERIAL (If you enter it before installing expansions it will say something like "wrong password or missing expansion" , so at the end you enter serial)
